* Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
* You will receive a confirmation email/text with tracking details as soon as your package is shipped.

* Domestic Shipping (within India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
* International Shipping: We do offer worldwide delivery. Timelines and charges may vary based on the destination country and courier service. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping Charges
* Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹2000 (India only).
* Orders below ₹2000 will have a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
* International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your country and order weight.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Weather conditions

* Courier strikes

Tracking Your Order

* ShopNiya will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages lost due to errors in the shipping information provided by the customer.
* If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (customer unavailable, incorrect address, refusal to accept, etc.), reshipping charges will apply.
