NIYA operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our other store policies (such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchange Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

By visiting or making a purchase through NIYA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.

  • Within India: Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier; customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹2000 (India only).

Tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by weather, courier strikes, customs, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the courier.
